We have devised a new and fresh approach to recruiting the right staff for your business.

Our fees of £650 plus vat per vacancy are fixed, transparent and can save you thousands of pounds.

We believe that recruiting the right staff requires the skills of an experienced HR person and a professional recruiter. That is why our experienced team of recruitment consultants work together with our expert HR consultants to find the people who are right for you.

Our Fixed Fee Recruitment Service Provides:

Bespoke job description. Our team will work with you to understand the requirements of the vacancy and devise an accurate job description to make it easier to specify the skills sets that the role requires and identify the right type of person.
Advert drafting. With a detailed job description, our recruitment team will then prepare a bespoke advert designed to attract the right type of candidate for you and target our advertising on all major recruitment sites and job boards.
CV Assessment. We will review the CVs that we receive and only pass on those that that fit the specifications you have set.
Arranging the interview. We will arrange interviews that are convenient to you.
Offer letter. We will write to the successful applicant confirming the appointment and also inform the unlucky applicants.
Free Hire Replacement. If your chosen candidate decides to leave or you dismiss in the first 30 days we will find you a replacement, Free!

For this extensive service our fees are fixed at £650 plus vat per vacancy, but you can recruit as many people in to that position as you need, we do not charge per person.

If negotiations are required our expert team can negotiate with a potential candidate on your behalf. Unlike traditional agencies that work on percentages, we work on fixed fees to get the best deal for you and not look to increase the salary so that our commission is higher.

Contract drafting. If required, we can offer you our contract drafting service. This is a fixed fee service and we can provide quotes on request.
